These terms describe the current public website and the act of requesting restricted-beta access. A future paid service will have its own applicable commercial terms before a paid plan is offered.

Website information
The website explains TRENIC's product direction, current restricted-beta scope and public product boundaries. Product features, release stages and availability can change as the beta develops.
Information on this website should not be treated as a statutory filing, HMRC acknowledgement or guarantee that a feature applies to your circumstances.
Beta-access requests
Submitting the form is a request for access. It does not guarantee acceptance, create a paid subscription or promise a launch date.
Beta requests can be submitted for sole traders / self-employed businesses, limited companies, partnerships and LLPs. Product capability can vary by business structure, accounting basis, VAT status and other facts; TRENIC keeps unsupported accounting, tax or filing conclusions under review rather than presenting them as complete.
Professional boundary
TRENIC provides software for organising and reviewing business records. It does not replace accounting, tax, financial or legal advice. Users remain responsible for checking information they rely on and for meeting their own legal and filing obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content or use the beta form to send credentials, unlawful material or unrelated sensitive records.
Information supplied in a beta request should be accurate to the best of the applicant's knowledge.
Website content and intellectual property
The TRENIC name, branding, website design, product text and software are owned by or licensed to TRENIC TECH LTD unless stated otherwise. Viewing the public website does not transfer ownership of that material.
Future paid plans
Prices, billing intervals, included scope, renewal, cancellation and other paid terms will be shown before a paid plan is offered. A beta request does not itself agree to those future terms.
