TRENIC starts with the record and keeps the explanation close.

Income, expenses, invoices, evidence and review are different jobs. TRENIC is designed so the information can stay connected without turning every source or suggestion into one automatic answer.

Record model

A useful record can answer more than “how much?”

It can show what happened, why it belongs to the business, what supports it and what still needs attention.

Product rules

The interface follows four structural rules.

Personal stays separate from business.

Business reporting should not quietly absorb personal information just because both entered the same app.

Evidence supports a record.

A receipt or source document can support the facts without becoming the accounting or tax decision by itself.

Review stays distinct from suggestion.

Assisted extraction or classification can help organise information. A person can still need to check, correct or discuss the result.

Corrections keep a history.

A later correction should remain explainable rather than making the earlier state disappear without context.

Reconciliation

Why payment movement and business purpose remain separate questions.

Accountant review

Prepare context for a professional conversation without replacing professional judgement.
